I first learned about Rotaract after school and thought it was just for business professionals. That changed when I joined APIIT and discovered our Rotaract Club. Starting as an introvert with little knowledge, my first project, "Proactive," opened my eyes to the full Rotaract experience—community service, networking, sports, and professional growth. Since then, I’ve embraced every opportunity. From general member to director and now president, Rotaract has transformed me into a confident leader with a global network of friends. It’s been a life-changing journey, and I’m deeply grateful for it.

My journey with Rotaract began as an Interactor in school, and my passion only grew as I entered university. Starting as Director of Community Services, I am now honored to serve as Secretary of RAC APIIT. Rotaract has transformed my life, offering personal and professional growth, opportunities to lead initiatives, and connections with inspiring individuals. I’m excited to continue making a positive impact alongside my fellow Rotaractors.

I’m an International Business Management student passionate about leadership and community engagement. As Vice President of our Rotaract Club, I work with a dedicated team to drive impactful initiatives. I’m a 21-year-old law student balancing dual roles in the Rotaract Club of APIIT as Assistant Secretary and Director of Membership Development and Retention. My focus is on enhancing organizational growth and fostering member engagement. With a keen interest in mediation, I have represented APIIT in an international competition. I’m also passionate about graphic design, crafting engaging visuals, and exploring creative ideas. Actively involved in volunteer services, I contribute to my community and strive to make a positive impact. Additionally, I am a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and violinist.

Hi, I’m Amani! I'm pursuing a degree in International Business Management at APIIT and have been passionate about community service since joining the Rotary family in 2016. My journey has been driven by a desire to make a positive impact, and I've engaged in various initiatives promoting social good. I'm also active in my university’s Media Club and play netball for Team APIIT. Currently, I work as an Administrative Coordinator in Sri Lanka. As a 20-year-old final-year Computer Science undergraduate, I currently serve as the Director of Finance and Treasurer for the Rotaract Club of APIIT. With a strong background in business analytics, technology, and management, I apply my skills to drive impactful results. Outside of academics, I’m a gym enthusiast and sports athlete with a particular passion for basketball.
