Baila Friday ‘24: A Night of Rhythm, Fun and Fundraising

Returning for the 3rd consecutive year, Baila Friday ‘24, a signature project of the Rotaract Club of APIIT, brought together students, Rotaractors and Interactors from all walks of life for a night of unforgettable fun and joy. The event was a vibrant fusion of music, dance, and community spirit that left an indelible impression on all those who attended.

As the night unfolded, the venue, Hotel Sapphire, transformed into a pulsating dance floor. Featuring two DJs who brought to floor the hottest Baila beats in town for everyone to groove to, coupled with the energetic crowd, created an electric atmosphere. The mini ramp walk held to crown the Best Dressed Male and Female, added a touch of glamor and excitement, captivating the audience with the participants’ flair and confidence.

Beyond the entertainment it provided, Baila Friday ‘24 served as a significant fundraising initiative which was pivotal for the club to generate sufficient funds for community service initiatives. Baila Friday ‘24 was more than just a party; it was a celebration of culture, unity, friendship and community. The event was testament to the club’s ability to create unforgettable memories whilst making a positive impact on the society. As the night drew to a close, it was clear that Baila Friday ‘24 had left an enduring legacy, cementing its place as a hallmark event in the club’s history.
